Owusu Didi Company Ltd. started operating as Alhaji Didi cold store in 1992 with initial focus on retailing of frozen foods in a wooden structured shop two (2) small fridges by Kofi Owusu and his lovely wife Atta Effah Owusu.
Over time, Kofi owusu quit his job as a driver at Atebubu college of Education and joined his lovely wife fulltime in the cold store business. Through the 2000s, Kofi owusu made a strategic decision to transition from a retailing-based business into a wholesale and distribution business. This is where our ambitious plan to become Brong Ahafo’s leading distributor of frozen foods, groceries, agriculture inputs and general merchant began.
